Our goals:
- recognize hard work of webmasters/webmistresses
- encourage novices with building their sites and developing their
skills
- recognize sites of quality that make the internet a better,
more informative, beautiful place
- to have fun!

Rules
- No sites promoting hate, violence,
pornography, or profanity!
- Only personal sites need apply. Site
must be designed or co-designed by applicant.
- Site must be in English
- Must be at least 5 pages of original
material. No sites consisting solely of links!
- No "under construction"
signs please. Apply when the site is complete.
- Please make sure the number of dead
links or dead images is at a MINIMUM. They will hurt your score.
- If you use graphics or information
from other sites, make sure you give proper credit.
Along the same lines, make sure all graphics are uploaded on
your own server. No stealing bandwidth!
- Please do not apply for more than
2 awards!
- Your site must meet the criteria
of the award you apply for.
- If you win an award, you must be
willing to place the graphic on your site and link it back to
us.
- We will be using our own judgement
when viewing sites - no bargaining will be tolerated! The final
decision is up to us.
- If you don't win, you may resubmit
your site for an award again after you make significant changes
to your site.
Note: We do not necessarily endorse
the information on the websites which we give awards to. Our main
criteria in selecting the award recepients is in web design, layout
and graphics. But we reserve the right to reject any applications
with website materials and contents that offend.
